You gave me a time when my order might be ready, will you contact me when it is finished?

We can ship some of our items. We can provide you with an estimated shipping cost if you would like to have an item shipped to you. All items that are shipped out must be paid for in advance before any work will be done on your order.

Unless it is a fairly simple order or a repeat order, we prefer not to take orders over the phone. If you would like to send a drawing by fax or email, we can take your order that way. We may still need to contact you by phone to work out the details on your order. Payment in full in advance will be required before any work will be done.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.& American Express. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge.

All orders will require at least a 50% deposit before any work will be done. Some orders must be paid in full.

We prefer that you give us a drawing so that we can better understand what you would like. With the complexity of most custom pieces, it's not easy to give an estimate over the phone. If you would like to fax a drawing over for an estimate, we'll be happy to take a look at it and give you a call or fax back with an estimated cost.

The best thing to do is to make us a drawing of the piece, with the dimensions and gauge and type of metal along with any special instructions. If you have a picture or an item you want duplicated, we can also work from that. You can fax or email the drawing to us or bring it by our office. We will verify all dimensions with you and make sure we understand what it is you want before we make your order.

I need something made, but don't know how to go about conveying what I want. What should I do?

No. We are not licensed contractors, so we do not install the pieces we make. You will need to contact a licensed contractor or install the pieces yourself.
